About Me:
Lindsay is first and foremost, a leftist liberal. Politics most often defines her life, not by drawing boxes around it, but merely by existing. The personal truly is political, as evidenced by her studying political science, history and women's studies. After graduation, Lindsay hopes to attend law school, and further apply those skills to the wondrous universe of civil rights law. Her dream would be to work for the ACLU or Southern Poverty Law Center in some capacity. In other words, she's looking forward to being very very poor.
To continue, the zealot zen has an emotionally sensitive, empathetic, and highly exciteable 4 year old daughter named Lillian. Which is why she *CARES* so much about what happens to this damn country.
Lindsay loves things and loves them deeply. Oh yea,...and she looks like *le sex* in glasses...
Strengths: Empathetic, open-minded, friendly, motherly, sense-of-humor, not TOO violent, tamed by coffee and fried chicken...
Weaknesses: Impatience at times, stubborn, dangerous when reading the "Letters to the Editor" or "Opinion" pages of the newspaper...
Special Skills: My sexual prowess, knowledge of the US Constitution, extensive repatoire of children's songs, and doing the laundry...
Weapons: death stare of liberal rage, long claws to hold onto the ever-sinking ship of democracy, martial arts moves desiged specifically for Republican women....
Pet Peeves and Dislikes: Republicans, playa-haters, people who don't use their turn signals, people who walk on my freshly vacuumed carpet, swift boat veterans for truth, holier-than-thou conservative women (like Marsha Blackburn, Diane Black, and the beast of all beasts...Lynne Cheney), fish, that damn "dear liza" song on Lily's "Silly Songs" video, ignorant people, obnoxious people, socks left in the middle of the floor...
